These Terms of Agreement (“Terms”) govern your use of mnhomes.com (“Website”), operated by Minnesota Home Co. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), led by Laurie Macko, Broker / Team Leader, affiliated with Keller Williams Realty (KW Select).

A formal relationship exists only through a fully executed written agreement.
5. Communications & TCPA Consent
